In addition to our general policy on content ownership, contained within our Terms and Conditions, this policy deals with the ownership of content uploaded by users including, but not limited to, coaches and experts who provide content to energise.me. By uploading content to energise.me, you are, without fee (unless agreed explicitly), licencing that content to energise.me for duration of it's inclusion within energise.me. The rights to the content remains the users property.
If you cease to become a user, you will have the right to have your content removed from energise.me. If you exercise this right, energise.me reserved the right to retain the content for a period of up to 90 days to enable it to source alternative content of a similar nature.
We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time.
