There's a bit of due diligence needed on both our parts to make sure it's fit. You'll want to know it's right for you and we'll want to make sure you have all the right qualifications, experience and insurances in place and accept our Terms and Conditions.

BUILD YOUR FIRST PACK

We will together co-design your content to showcase your knowledge and experience to our clients. You produce the videos and workbooks etc, using our guide, and we'll get it all set up on our platform.

BOOKING SET-UP

We set you up with a 121 book page on our platform, and display it in our our dashboard, so clients can book paid for 121's with you to specifically when they need your help.

PROMOTION

We co-produce a Video / Podcast in our series, interviewing you about what you do and hoe you can help. We create a cross-platform content plan for your content to promote it to both our existing and potential clients.

COLLABORATE

We invite you to join our expert and coach community, so you can both collaborate with our other experts, as well as learn and develop. You'll also be invited to join our client community, so you can chat directly with our clients and help them on their journey (thus building trust to book a 121).

1. How many subscribers energise.me currently have?

At present our user numbers are fairly low but growing, so we are being honest about that with our experts. At this stage we are looking for experts that want to be part of our journey, and grow with us. We do not anticipate major financial gains yet for experts and have reflected this in our commercial terms with you.

2. Can I provide content / expertise in more than one area?

Yes, of course, if you have the relevant qualifications and experience, we would be delighted to list you as an expert in more than one area. For instance you could be a Personal trainer who is also a qualified Nutritionist, a Qi Gong instructor that is also a Mindfulness instructor or perhaps a psycho-therapist that is also a CBT therapist. Whatever it is, as long as you are a geniune expert, we'd love to list it.

3. What type of clients do you attract?

We are a broad church, we can help anyone, but the programme is particularly suited to people who want to get from good to great. People from the world of work who have that entrepreneurial spirit tend to do well with us, they may be business owners, leaders, aspiring leaders,

4. What sort of content do you want us to provide?

Obviously your content needs to be based on your area of expertise. As a rule we prefer you to produce face to camera videos, supports by resources such as workbooks etc. Whilst in certain circumstances Voice over PowerPoint might work, it does not allow the user to develop as relationship with you like face to camera does.

5. Do you help me with content production?

Yes. We will give you a step by step guide on how to produce your resources, with advice on video editing, cameras, sound and lights set up. We will do all the heavy lifting in getting your content on our platform. You produce the raw materials under our guidance and we will upload it all to our platform, and set up your course for you.

6. What sort of insurances do I need?

As you are giving our clients professional advice, as well the usual Public Liability Insurance, we will also expect you to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. If you do not have this already, its usually fairly inexpensive to set up. Our broker can help with this if you need it.

7. How do you market my services to your clients and beyond?

As soon you have some content on our platform, and your all imortant home page for clients ot book 121s, we'll be in touch to arrange a video interview, which will in turn be published on our YouTube channel, made into a Podcast, and the cotnent broken down into smaller marketing messages for use across all social channels. We will announce you arrival to our existing clients via our platform and email marketing. We'll continue to market you beyond this and we would encourage you to do the same. Any blogs or other materials you can supply us will all help get your name out there.

8. How do I make money from this & Is there a cost to me?

Eventually, we would have an income sharing model in place for any content you have produced, akin to the way medium.com works. Right now, with low subscribers and few technical issues to overcome, that's not really possible. So for now, you'll make you income from the 121 sessions a client books with you. The lion share of income from these will go to you. We will only retain a small handling fee. As our offer develops, we will look to co-design further income streams with you.

9. Can I collaborate and learn from other experts?

Absolutely, we will invite you to our Expert Community so you can have meaningful conversations and make new connectinos with other experts and coaches in our eco-system.

10. Will i be exclusive for the expertise I have?

No - this is all about offering the client a range of alternative solutions. Our rating system will ensure those giving the best advice will get more noticed by our clients.
