1. How do I choose the right subscrition for me?
You will need to balance up how much support you want with how much you are prepared to invest. Please see the video explanation on https://programme.energise.me/pages/pricing for a more detailed explanation.
2. Can I switch my subscription?
Yes you can change your subscription at any time.
You can upgrade or downgrade through your profile page.
In the Stripe subscription system (as in all subscription systems), when you downgrade a subscription, the payment gateway keeps the price difference as credits (Account Balance) in the your account. These credits are allocated to future renewals of your subscription.
3. Is my Subscription Secure?
Yes. Your Subscription is managed by Stripe, the best in class subscription payment gateway.
4. Do I have to share my outcomes and observations with others?
We've found that for most people, some mutual support and accountability is highly beneficial, however, some people prefer not to share. If you are not comfortable sharing more widely, we recommend you join a Private coached cohort where you only share with a small group and discussions are facilitated and moderated by one of our expert coaches. If you really do not want to share at all, we suggest you consider the Private Coaching, where you can can work confidentially on a one to one basis with one of our coaches.
5. Can I have my data removed from your site?
Yes, if you leave us you can opt to have all your data removed, please just let us know.
6. Can I be anonymous?
You have two options here, you can either simply use a pseudonym yourself, or you can request that we anonymise you in the platform.
7. How do I track my progress?
As well as completing a Daily Energy score, to track how you feel, you will be asked to complete one of our Energy Barometer Surveys every time you complete a pack. This data will automatically populate your Interactive Energy Dashboard to help you decide which area to focus on next. If you have a coach with us, they can assist you in this.
8. Do you keep track of my Goals and Actions?
Absolutely, any action, goal or commitment you make will be captured by us and available to you and your coach, if you have one, to help you check your progress.
9. Can I change my coach?
Yes. Coaching is a very personal thing, and sometime the fit is not quite right, so if you feel your coach isn't quite right for you, just let us know and we'll help you select a new one.
10. Do you have any more content or packs?
Yes, we are developing new content all the time, so watch out for new Packs at any time.
