After obtaining your results from our free energy assessment (and derived a triangle from this) you'll have access to hyperlinks from the triangle, directing you to informational packs based on that specific element of your energy. This will allow you to learn through expert guidance, how you can improve your energy output in this specific area of your life. For example, if your physical energy scored an overall 4/10, this section of the triangle will flag up in an amber colour and directly lead to you informational packs to aid the improve. We also have additional subscription models that are popular, such as our grouped coaching subscription - allowing you everything on the platform and additionally one grouped coaching session a month with our Founder Ian Hacon and other members in the Energise.me community, allowing you to have an even more personal experience on your journey.
